Description
This mid 20th century US Construction History print by Lewis Hine features a steelworker dangling in a graceful sangfroid during the construction of the Empire State Building. As per Greek legend, Icarus lost his life owing to being audacious enough to fly too close to the sun and Lewis Hine named this print as such to celebrate the young Greekās courage, youthfulness and optimism.
